My wife took my 16 year old son to get a haircut this evening in Forney. When I walked in the store and sat down I noticed that my son had a couple of patches from the lady cutting his hair. I approached her and asked what happened. She then tells me that it was my sons fault because of his head and that he had an accident that is why it looked like that. I told her that no my son has never had an accident on his head and that when I cut his hair I never leave patches on him. I asked her to fix it. She then tells my son that his head is boney and then tried to have my son feel his own head so that he can feel that he has a boney head... my son asked for a zero low fade and scissors on top and she told him that she did not know what that was. This is ridiculous for a so called hair cutting expert to tell my 16 year old that he has a boney head and then be rude because she was called out on her mistake. I am glad that she passed my son to another stylist who was able to fix her mistake without making excuses.

My 16 yr old son showed the same picture he shows ever time he goes. His hair clearly already had the style it was just needing a trim. She buzzed his hair on a 1 all over his head. The sides are supposed to be a 1. The woman who ruined his hair would not even come and speak to me she made the manager do it. My son and I lost his dad this year, his grandfather has just been diagnosed with cancer within the last two weeks, his fog died a week ago, his cousin of same age has been fighting cancer for months and we had just left from therapy to get the haircut for my sons music concert for the next evening. Thanks for having such care in what you’re doing for a living. Hair is a big deal to people and their identity. So sick and tired of people who don’t care enough to take pride in their work, or care for their customers. I don’t even have words for my son who is devastated. Image is huge to someone in high school. This is just beyond. It’s not funny, it’s not ok. Not any part of it. We teach our kids to own up to mistakes, this hair butcher should have had the decency to speak to me, not her manager only. Take your job seriously! It matters to people. It’s NOT just a haircut. Mistakes happen but go longer if you’re not sure don’t buzz it all off EVER, that makes you CARELESS, THOUGHTLESS and IRRESPONSIBLE!
